雲という一枚の層
今日外を歩いていると 太陽が陰った。
太陽の光が、流れる雲によってさえぎられたのだ。たまに、こういうことはある。
いつもなら、何も感じないのだが、ふと思う。すっげーーーーと。
みんなに言わせれば、どう考えてもこれがおかしいみたいです。感覚で生きているので、こういうことは普通なんだけどな。
僕がキャンプファイヤーの火だとしたら、火の中には入りたくないけど、火の粉が少しだけ降ってくるところにはいたい。見たいな事を言われます。まあ、意味不明な例えは置いておくとしよう。
で、太陽の光が陰ったことを歩きながらぐるぐる考える。
太陽は地球からずっと離れた宇宙にある。 太陽の光が地球に届くまでに約8分19秒もかかってしまう距離だ。想像がつかない。そんな遠くから地球まで降り注ぐ。よくもそんな遠くから光は来るもんだな。それも、基本的に何かしらによって遮断されていないのだ。そんなにも長い距離にわたって遮断するものがない。しかしだ、しかし地球からすぐそこにある雲、山に登っても下に見ることが出来る、飛行機にのってももちろん下に見える雲は太陽の光をさえぎる。あれだけの距離をつき進んできた太陽光が一枚の層である雲に遮られる。これって、すごくないですか。当たり前で、国民の99%は分かっていると思うんですけど、あらためてスゴイとおもった。たった一枚の層はこんなにも影響がある。太陽はあんなにもエネルギーを出して光は地球目前まできたのに、一枚の層おそるべし。
ネットワークもこの雲とおなじでコストをたいしてかけず大きな影響をあたえた。Webはくもの巣だしそのまんまなんだけど。
この層の発想で世の中面白くできないかな。太陽のひかりから思いついたのが面白いのと太陽の光と雲がさえぎることを要因分解すればネットワークになにかいかせないかなとか妄想してみたり。
