信頼

信用、信頼は重要です。
ミスをすることはあります。
でも、出来るだけしない方がいいよな。
当たり前。
一度失った信用を取り戻すのは大変だ。
さらに、信用を失い、サービスがストップしたら、お客さんも逃げていく。
競合企業もそのときをチャンスと見て攻勢をかける。

ミスをしても最低限の被害に抑える。
リスクヘッジが重要だ。
でも、大企業は金があって人がたくさんいて、
リスクヘッジできるかもしれないけど、
ベンチャーは金も人も足りない。
そんな状況でいかに、ミスを減らすか、
リスクヘッジをするか。
重要です。
まあ、リスクヘッジをしないからこそ生まれる、
文化、があるかもしれない。
それがベンチャーっぽさを出すのかもしれない。
リスクヘッジしないから生まれるサービスがあるかもしれない、
これは可能性としては小さいと思うけどね。

リスクヘッジを資金的、人的にしにくいベンチャーが、
いかにこのハードルを乗り越えて、成長するか。
大きな問題です。

でも、だからこそ面白い。
そう思います。
