ゴールデン街

昨日ははじめての土曜ミーティング。

「第1回 G-net salon TOKYO」実施概要】
「田舎の魅力を引き出せ！地方物産店マーケティング戦略ゲーム」
これの、事務的なつめを行いました。

それから、新宿のゴールデン街に、
初めて行きました。

なにか怪しげな町でした。

3channelさんが
エントリーしていたイマキテヤに行く。
毎月第一土曜日は、3channelさんの友人が店長をやるから。

外観は正直ぼろい。
でもって怪しい。
(この怪しさが、わくわくさせてくれるんだけど)

焼酎を飲みながら、朝まで話してました。
持ち込みOKだったり、
店長も一緒に飲んだりと
和やかな雰囲気。

で、ラーメンを食べに新宿の街に
そのラーメン屋では、
チャーシュー麺を食べる。
しかし、気になることが書いてある。
麺のゆで方。
なななーんと、
「粉落とし」は湯で時間2秒。。。
これは、試すしかないと思い
替え玉で「粉落とし」
正直、ゆでてません。
硬すぎです。
消化に悪いです。

健康に気を使うと宣言して1日も守れませんでした。。。
