顔色
今日は夜、大学の友達と焼肉。
カナリ久しぶりです。
まじ、うまかった。
肉にビールは最高です。
最後に豚足を食べてしまった。
初めて食べたけど、別にうまくはない。
まずいわけでもない食べ物でした。
で、焼肉に行ったのは大学の友人2人といってきました。
かなーり、気の会う3人です。
周りから見たら、バランスの全く取れていなさそうな3人だろうけど、
この3人はかなり気が合う、おもろい3人です。
それは、どうでもいいんですけど、
2人から印象深いことをいわれた。
GWのあと岐阜から帰ってきた後に、
すぐこの2人に会ったときも、
同じことを言われた。
「顔色が良くなった」
彼らとはよく会うから、
感覚で分かるのだろう。
東京で過ごして、忙しい日々を送って
不規則で、栄養のバランスの取れない食事をしている。
疲れがたまっているのだろう。
だから、顔色が悪くなっている。
でも、岐阜にたった1日帰っただけ、
さらに、夜行で往復したので
疲れも取れていなはず。
さらにさらに、夜行で帰ってきたその日、
昨日の夜から、今日の朝まで徹夜で飲んでいた、
東京に戻り、こんな生活になっているにもかかわらず、
顔色が良くなったまま。
不思議だ。
というよりも、岐阜のパワーってスゴイ。
きれいな岐阜の空気と、
生まれ育った岐阜が、
栄養とエネルギーと安らぎを与えてくれるんだろう。
故郷の力って偉大です。
やっぱ、俺の体は岐阜で生活するのに適しているのかと実感。
